Gaming Glasses: Shipping time is 3-5 business days following processing. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Free shipping on ALL gaming glasses orders. (US)

Apparel: All apparel orders are printed individually upon purchase. Combined printing/shipping time is 2-3 weeks following payment. Free shipping on ALL apparel orders. (US)

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition with original packaging (US only). If the price of your exchanged product is lower, we will refund you the difference. If the price of your exchanged product is higher, you will be charged the difference. There is a $3.95 processing fee for returns/exchanges. Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date.

All orders on gaming glasses come with a 14 day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchased, you may return them for a full refund. There is a $3.95 processing fee for returns and exchanges. 

Please notify us immediately if your product arrives damaged/broken.
